The preferred format for documents which require transcription is "Word Document"  on 3.5 floppy disk or sent by email. However, 'hard copy' should be in a clear font (such as Ariel) so that scanning is easier and more accurate. Hand written material takes longer to process.

Short documents and music may be produced manually on A4 paper (single sided).
Longer documents are computer formatted and embossed on A4 paper (single sided)
All documents can be sipiral bound on request.
